1)Do you use embroidery or Printing?

We use long lasting stylish embroidery, not cheap and inferior printing methods.

 

2)Do you send to my country?

 

Yep-we ship worldwide-We send caps by fastest method possible to any country.   


 

3)How long does it take to make and receive my hat?


Orders Less than 100 caps generally 4-10 business days. Orders over 100 caps require sample approval via email, then usually 2 weeks. (Christmas period 25th November- 15th December please add an additional 5 days,and it's aslo used for the chinese year)

 

 

4)How is my order packaged?


We pack your order in a strong box, so it will not get crushed.Three layers of corrugated cardboard box or Five layer corrugated cardboard box

 

5)What Payment Methods are Accepted? 


Custom Caps online  accepts Paypal,westen uoion...etc

 

6)Are Payment methods Safe?

 

Yes ,We use Paypal for all Credit Card Transactions. PayPal's service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution

 

 

 

7)My design has been digitized,how do I reorder?

 

Please email or phone us if you would like to reorder a cap with your own design. Alternativelly when you place the order select front embroidery option, then in add text write "my design is on file".


 

8)How accurate are the colors of the hats pictured?

We have made every effort to display the true colors of our products. Keep in mind that the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, therefore we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be completely accurate.

 

9)Can I have anything embroidered on a hat?


Yes except We cannot produce any logo that is trademarked or under copyright unless when the order is placed you fax a signed order. We can digitize your own designs please use the option in the design page "own design"

 

10)Will the embroidery be raised or flat?


All of our embroidery is flat embroidery. However on large orders (More than 100 pieces) we can arrange raised embroidery.

 

11)Is side embroidery available?


Custom embroidery can be placed only on the front or back of a cap using online ordering. We can embroide on every location of a cap with a custom quote.

 

12)Returns & Cancellations


Before placing your cap order, please make sure your personalized cap is complete and without errors. Orders are processed as we get them. We are not responsible for any incorrect sizes, names, e-mail addresses or words. Once an order has been personalized, it can not be returned except for our errors or defects in workmanship.

For defects in workmanship, please contact us. We will immediately repair your item(s). If you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us within 21 days of receipt.

 

13)Can I add a comment to testimonials?


Yes, Just email us what you would like to say, please indicate if you would like your name and location added with your comment.
